About the Role:

This role supports the Sales Insights & Intelligence – Sales Enablement team and involves analyzing sales performance, generating reports, supporting sales communication, and enabling smarter decisions through actionable insights. What You’ll Do:

• Business Analysis & Reporting: Create regular reports based on business needs and sales performance. Translate data into meaningful insights to help drive decisions.
• Custom Report Creation: Generate customized, timely reports tailored to specific needs of sales teams.
• Sales Communication Support: Facilitate communication for the sales team through meetings, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Sales Opportunity Tracking: Monitor progress, risk, and updates on sales opportunities to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Sales Inquiry Support: Respond to queries from the sales team and ensure accurate and prompt data support.

You will work closely with sales stakeholders, adapt to evolving priorities, and support sales operations using the latest in analytics and reporting tools.

Key Technical Skills:

Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI, Data Analysis, Sales Reporting, Communication Tools

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Any graduation (preferably in IT, Data, Business, or related fields)
• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, business reporting, or sales operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; familiarity with Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power BI is a big plus
• Strong communication skills and client interaction experience
• Ability to multitask, collaborate, and work with diverse stakeholders
• Open to flexible working hours and occasional overtime
• Experience in the Software & Platforms industry and understanding of data/cloud infrastructure products (preferred but not mandatory)
